A word from his foster: Yeah completely different dog. Enzo has helped him so Much. He’s doing much better with strange dogs although Still tries to nip others in the butt but I’m sure that’s just his herding.

He listens the best out of the three of them I have here. Still has his squirrelly moments at times but over all he’s vicious and not ready to go anywhere yet.

The foster is pretty adamant Locke Is still having aggressive tendencies although we know it’s just because he’s fallen in love with him and doesn’t want him to leave. Locke’s advancement came from having the right person. We truly love this giant boy! We are all really excited to see what he will look like when fully grown and filled out Shepherds are a soft spot for us.

90% of our Shepherd’s come from Quebec with a variety of behavioural issues. Some we can help, some we can’t - but we always try to place them in foster and give it a chance. These are dogs that otherwise would not have a chance at rehabilitation.

It is believed that due to the magnitude of back yard breeders in Quebec, shelters are ending up with the “unwanted” or improperly trained dogs.

Having fosters who are experienced and willing to work with Jackie owner and operator of Canine Intuition Training & Rehabilitation, is key to helping these dogs. Some require homes with no other animals or segregation or require specific types of homes. If interested in helping a dog in need of rehabilitation, please submit a foster application at
